Who we are

Our History

Nkinga Referral Hospital is one of the 18 health facilities owned and operated by the FPCT it serves the church’s purpose of reaching society spiritually and socially with the compassion of God regardless their social status and religious backgrounds The Hospital was found since 1936 as dispensary By Swedish Pentecostal Missionaries Rev. Erland Jonson and his wife Ester Jonson. It has total of 252 employees including specialist doctors, Medical doctors, Nurses, Clinical Officers, Laboratory Technicians, Pharmacists, Radiographers and other Technical supportive staff.

The Hospital Leadership and Management team provides strategic direction and ensures the effective coordination of all hospital services. The team is responsible for maintaining high standards of healthcare delivery, good governance, accountability, and efficient use of hospital resources. Through teamwork and strong leadership, management supports clinical excellence, staff development, patient safety, and continuous improvement. The leadership team works together to ensure that the hospital achieves its mission and serves patients and the wider community effectively.

The role ensures that healthcare professionals follow appropriate clinical standards, treatment guidelines, and patient-safety practices. The Hospital Administrator coordinates the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital.
