Our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing triage, resuscitation and urgent care for patients of all ages.

Emergency admission process
- Call the emergency number or bring the patient to the Emergency Department.
- Triage — a nurse assesses the urgency of the patient's condition.
- Treatment — urgent care is provided; critical patients are stabilized first.
- Admission or referral — if needed, the patient is admitted or referred to the appropriate department.
- Registration — family completes registration; bring ID / hospital number if available.
When to seek emergency care
- Chest pain, difficulty breathing or severe shortness of breath
- Loss of consciousness, confusion or sudden weakness
- Severe bleeding that does not stop
- Severe injury, fractures or suspected spinal injury
- High fever with convulsions, especially in children
- Danger signs in pregnancy: severe abdominal pain, bleeding or reduced fetal movement
- Severe dehydration with inability to keep fluids down
Important: In a life-threatening emergency, call first, then arrange transport. Bring any medicines and previous medical records you have.
